I keep getting this message even after I downloaded the new firestorm we are sorry but firestorm has crashed and needs to be close. if you see this issue happening repeatedly please contact our support team and submit the following message must supply a comment for control content .please preform a clean installation I have done this many times and it does not help can anyone tell me how to fix this
