    Hi there,

    not sure if its exactly the house shown on ur pics, but theres a pretty big chance i got this in my inventory.

    As far as i can remember this build has 2-3 floors and a nice terrace on top?

    Actually Pic1 looks exactly like the house im talking about, not sure about the rest.

    Habe die "Age Verification" damals, ich glaube es war mit Reisepass oder Führerschein, gemacht!

    Bereits wenige Minuten nach Absenden des Antrages war ich bereits freigeschalten und hatte seitdem nie wieder Probleme mit Mature/Adult Sims oder Content.

    Soweit mir bekannt gab es doch einige Anwälte die sich dem Thema angenommen hatten und SL systematisch nach Urheberrechtsverletzungen "abgegrast" hatten.

    Auch diese scheinen sich mittlerweile aber zurückgezogen zu haben was die Häufigkeit an auffindbaren sowie offentsichtlichen Plagiaten erklären würde.

    Thema "Markenrecht" in SecondLife

    Nachdem ich mich heute aufgrund eigener Sache diesbezüglich informiert und recherchiert habe frage ich mich wie es aktuell mit dem Thema "Markenrecht" in SecondLife aussieht.

    Es gab ja eine Zeit zu welcher dieses Thema heftigst diskutiert wurde und auch zahlreiche Avatare in SL aufgrund Markenrechtsverletzungen ermahnt bzw. auch geklagt wurden.

    Wenn man nun heute den Marketplace aufruft und dort nach bekannten Marken sucht finden sich nachwievor tausende Kopien nach RL-Vorbild, unter anderem zb. Rolex, Adidas, Puma, RedBull und Co.

    Wie ist hierbei die aktuelle rechtliche Lage?

    Werden Kopien heutzutage einfach "geduldet" bzw. werden derartige Verstösse gegen das Urheberrecht überhaupt noch kontrolliert bzw. geahndet?

    Formula One "Pit Teams" wanted

    Hello to all Formula One Fans out there!

    ClassicCarClub SL is currently looking for Formula 1 enthusiasts that might be interested in working as a "Pit Team" Member.

    If you are tired of being a dancer or greeter this might be the right position for you!

    Tasks: Change tires, Change nose, Refueling, manage the pit and more...

    Payments: Racers will pay you "per pit", this means whenever any of the racers is doing a pit-stop, you will get paid for everything you do, mostly changing nose parts. The payment is about 1L$ up to 5L$ per pit-stop which is pretty fast money. (up to 100L$ and more possible within one hour.

    Experience: You should have a good knowledge about Formula One and its procedures! Because every pit-stop could take up to 20seconds it is really important to work fast and clean so that pit-stops can be kept as short as possible.

    Crashe andauernd heute und gestern

    Hallo!

    Leider kann ich dies bestätigen, habe im Normalfall kaum "crashes" zu verzeichen, jedoch in den letzten Tagen gehäuft.

    Interessant ist das man kein Popup o-ä bekommt ala " Sie wurden von secondLife abgemeldet blabla" sondern Sl friert von einem zum anderen Moment einfach ein und aus.
