Event Viewer shows only one warming: MRxSmb Code 3019 but this same warning appears on previous occassions prior to installing SL. Was able to run SL for about 15 minutes before computer froze again and monitor went black. Based on fan speed test operating in background, before freezing, the temperatures rose to the following: GPU: 60C (originally 47C) CPU: 46 (originally 35C) Core0: 52C (originally 40C) Core1: 52C (originally 40C) Core 2: 47C (originally 34C) CPU Usage flucuated but rose as high as 58 GPU-Z log before crash shows: GPU Temp: 60C Memory Used: 320 GPU Load: 99 Memory Controller Load: 43 Same advice? Dust and reset connections?

Freezing

I've run a "SpeedFan" test. Although I have no idea what they mean, the following are the readings: Sys Fan: 0 RPM CPU0 Fan: 2192 RPM AUX0 Fan: 0 RPM CPU1 Fan: 0 RPM AUX1 Fan: 0 RPM GPU: 48C System: -6C CPU: 37C Aux: 1C HDO: 41C HDI: 36C Core 0: 44C Core 1: 42C Core 2: 36C The test was done without the SL viewer on activated obviously. No tv card in my CPU.

Sorry, I'm not sure what the router is. It's in an office environment. It is not wireless.

My monitor goes instantly black, without any error messages and the computer shuts down. While it appears that my CPU may still be running, there is a red light on and I am unable to escape or access task manager. The reboot has even taken more than one attempt but the computer has come back after turning it completely off and on, sometimes requiring several attempts. I have both the SL viewer and Phoenix viewer and the same thing has occured using both.

My computer is crashing shortly after logging on to Second Life.  My processor is an Intel (R) Core (TM) 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40 GHz, with 3.50 GB of Ram and I am operating on Windows XP Professional.  I have a NVIDIA GEForce 8600GT video card installed and have updated my driver to 260.99.  Any fixes or suggestions?
