Grace Mammoth

I have done a character test and still stuck in an egg.

I've searched through the second life wiki and did everything it told me to do to my avatar to get her back to normal(i've ruthed her,messed with the bandwidth,rebake)but nothing helps and she is stuck as a cloud/egg.Can someone help?
