A bit of background... My boyfriend is always lagging and getting disconnected. Somehow when he sees me sometimes on his map, I am in different places and not right next to him, like I am with my avatar. What's causing this?

A friend of mine is telling me he gave me money between May 1st and May 9th, 2020... my conversations don't show any transaction from him on those days. I went to Second Life webpage, but the earliest transactions they can show me is May 20th, 2020. Who can I contact to get proof of said transaction if it happened or not?
