Thank you everyone for trying to help me. I tried each idea, but none worked. I believe its just Phoenix Viewer. A friend of mine was logged into the same viewer, and said that to her, she looks like she is hovering above the ground, but to me her feet were touching the ground. To her, my feet were touching the ground not hovering. So I gave up and think it's just the viewer. Thank you for all of your help. I appreciate everyone taking the time to help me out.

Hi! I need help! I can't figure out why my avatar hovers above the ground about an inch or two. I tried turning her AO on and off, but that doesn't work. There's no prims attached to her feet to make her hover. Is there a way to get her feet level with the ground? I use Phoenix Viewer the lastest version: 1.5.2.908. I've tried Emergence, but it's just the same thing. Please help! :) Thank you!!
