Zuez Lethecus

I had purchased an expensive item from the marketplace and clicked the keep on everything i purchased and everything but my expencive item is in my inventory. Is there anything that can do about this? Already did complete check of inventory and nothing and it was delivered and i clicked on keep but then disappeared from inventory
