I just posted a question about this, It's not my Wifi since I just switched over to an ethernet cable and it's still crashing (has been for 2 days). It's possibly my avatar/account, though I've been able to log in on the text viewer on my phone. I created another account, and SL runs smoothly, no crashes at all. I don't want to have to switch accounts due to the amount of money I've put into my main. Is there anyway to fix this? I've done a manual clear cache as well. No such luck. Just as a reminder! I have created a new account to test if it's my computer or the viewer, and Second Life has run smoothly on that new account.

The progress bar goes as far as "Loading World" when the window simply closes. I'm using a Macbook Pro 1.7.4 with a wifi connection. I've done clear cache, uninstalled the viewer and tried several others as well. I'm able to log into my account via the metaverse app on my phone so I know it can't be my account. Any clues as to what's going on and how I can fix it? Is there any other solution, an ethernet cable is something out of the question since the modem is in another room. I've never had issues with wifi and I've been using my SL for almost 2 years.

My avatar is constantly stuck in cloud form every time I log in. I've tried everything from clearing cache to doing a clean uninstall/install of second life. The only thing that seems to remotely fix the issue is when I force female avatar and switch to an outfit previously saved. However once this is done I cant switch into other clothing/skins and the default pants are stuck on.
