Lazeras Wemyss

Alt's name is Vixen Quandry. Vixen Quandry account bought a painting "Ghostly Flower" midday 5 July, placed it on wall in skybox at Salmo late in evening. Now is logged in, and the picture is replaced by the picture that used to be there. "Ghosly Flower" is not copiable, and cost L$600. I want it back ... what can we do about this?
