Thank you! Unfortunately I tried that alongside this post. This morning they got back to me and told me the issue is not supported by a basic account and recommended I upgrade to a premium account. I'm not super into the idea of paying for something on the chance I can get my problems fixed.

I'm having a lot of trouble with my account - as mentioned, I cannot give my transferable inventory items to a friend, when I go to read notecards in my inventory I get an error message saying "You do not have permission to view this notecard". I cannot rez objects from my inventory. Everytime I log in, whether I choose last location or home I start at the location of my old skybox, wearing the same clothes each time, even if I changed my avatar/clothes/etc... When I reset my home to another location and choose log in to home it still brings me back to the same old place (falling through the sky). I've tried every fix I could think of - cleared cache, rebaked everything, clean install of viewer (and have tried multiple viewers), deleted all old bridges etc... (and each time I relog, the items I had deleted from my inventory return). It makes me think that there's an issue communicating with the servers, that they are not being updated when I make changes in world. I have no trouble with other accounts so it's not a router issue or computer issue (I've tried multiple computers as well). Apologies for the wall of text, I've run out of ideas and wonder if anyone has run into a similar problem. Is there a way to ask Linden Labs to reset your account on the servers? I'd prefer not to lose my inventory but if it's something in there that's causing the problem I guess I might have to (of course, right now I can't delete anything anyway).
