Heavy Melodie

I live in a well-established homestead, Pelican Point. I, along with other resdidents have noticed that the owner has not logged in over a month and is not responding to any of our messages. This has brought up concerns about the possibility she has disappeard and what that would mean in regads to our homes. If she has not paid the tier to Linden we assume that Linden would shut down the area, we would effetively be evicted and so on. If this is the case would there be any notification from Linden that it was being shut down? Woud we retain our objects, etc. ? Is there any way to communcate with someone about this? Lastly, how would one of us claim the lands? Thanks for any information you could provide, Melodie
