my main account got put on hold for money overdue, after a lot of struggeling I manage to get a positive usd ammount again but it is still on hold and clicking on restore account gives an error because the amount due is neggative, afterall I have a positive balance now. live chat or creating a tickit is not posible with account on hold and don't feel like calling the long distance billing phone number as it would cost me several $ per minute. Any sugestions? would filing a jira help? ps. yes this is an alt.

My account got put on hold for past due US$ but my paypal account has always worked, I now swapped to a paypal account with back account backing as told on the my account page, made sure the agreement has the bank account active but still no luck, my concierge level support ticket for it filed on Monday has still been unanswered, what else can I do?
