All adults are welcome here with few exceptions as outlined below. We are Bloodlines-friendly, but "spam biting" (biting without proper explanatory dialog) will not be tolerated. Acceptable activities: Most adult activities are acceptable with few exceptions, so feel free to do what you like. Nudity, Sex, BDSM, Dom/Sub, gay, lesbian, shemales, herms, furries, all these things are OK. Forbidden activities: Minors and children, sexual child play, rudeness and personal attacks against others. Such nonsense will result in ejection and banning at the discretion of our security team. Vendors will not knowingly sell or distribute any illegal, stolen, or copy-botted products. Discovery of such activity will resuilt in return of all items from those stores and banning of the owner(s) of those stores. Regarding tenants (land owners & renters): - Tenants will adhere to the general region rules. - Tenants will refrain from acttivities that cause excessive lag such as animal breeding (on a commercial scale) or rezboxes that re-introduce temporary prims every minute in order to save on prims. These things reduce the experience of other tenants and visitors. If you want to breed animals as a business then there are sims that are set up for that; please go there. - Tenants will keep the ground level so that it visually appears "open," i'e, not barricade parcels with visible walls. Invisible walls are fine, and of course owners can maintain access lists to their parcels. - Tenants will allow Ivan Zadark (estate owner) and Revaan Naimarc (Ivan's administrative assistant) access to their parcels so they may maintain rent boxes and provide support.
