I would like to have a prim rez linked prims from inventory on a touch event without asking permission from the avatar doing the touching. Is there a way to set the PERMISSION_CHANGE_LINKS programmatically in advance? I've struggled to find a way.

I would like to have a prim rez linked prims from inventory on a touch event without asking permission from the avatar doing the touching. Is there a way to set the PERMISSION_CHANGE_LINKS programmatically in advance? I've struggled to find a way. OK I guess I wasn't very clear. I have numerous subprims in the inventory of a root prim. I want a sensor event to trigger the rezzing of those subprims over time to specific locations near the root prim and then having them disappear and be replaced by other of my sub prims - all without any interaction from the avatar except the initial touch or sensor event. Basically I have been trying to rez them, create a link (ok so far) but then break the link and kill the old subprim to rez another in it's place (or nearby.
