I made it to the Merchant Wiki, and on the section where it says 'getting started' there is a link to 'create a store' where you are supposed to get the user agreement to sign. However, when I click on that link, it takes me to a page that says I do not have sufficent permissions to enter. What do I do now? Thanks.

How long does it take for a classified add to show after you've paid for it.
