I have filed 2 tickets for money that was taken on my credit card when trying to buy lindens (which I never got) and I still not have any answer as to when I will get my money back, the amount is $141.73

I have the same problem and Linden Lab has taken the money on my visa $140.73 US dollars and I cannot get my money back. I really don't know what to do. I have phoned the support and they gave me a Case # but that's all. no more news. I don't wish to give Linden Lab $140.73
