First question: Why am I not seeing my questions posted or answers to them, and why is there such a dramatic increase in lag the past week?

This is the fifth time I have tried to post my quesion and make a comment. I want basic information about mainland land sizes and tier prices for premium members. The pages I was directed to gave information that was basically worthless, and I kept being directed back to this page. WHICH DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY!!!!!!
