  1. yes, that's exactly what's been happening. I don't remember when I updated my drivers, but, I know I have the most recent ones. Is there a 'fix' for this issue?
  2. For the past 3-1/2 weeks, using Slviewer and it's most recent update, as well as using the most current Phoenix viewer, I have been unable to see anyone's body on SecondLife. It doesn't matter if I have graphics at Ultra or Low. I can see heads, hands and feet, but everything else is translucent. A couple of times, when I changed the camera view angle, I saw everything normal for a split second, then it went back to translucent again. It's not an issue of RAM for me, as I have a paltry 12 GB of RAM memory on my computer..running on an Intel i-3 MB at 3.70 Ghz for the processing power, with an ATI Radeon 4600 HMDI 1GB graphics card, with a 32 inch Vizio LCD for monitor and 850 Watt power supply, and using Windows 7 Home Premium. Something like this hasn't happened to me before. My computer is top-notch, as far as basic use is concerned. I have more than enough RAM to run SecondLife, and have a 12Mbps Internet connection, so i don't believe anything on my end is causing this. Anyone with more experience than I have with computers care to take a guess as to why i'm seeing 'ghosts' for avatars (not the gas clouds; translucent bodies) every time I'm on SL?
