the merchant outbox opens and gives me a link to create a store on marketplace... which ive had for 2 years now.. some people have said log out and in on MP and SL.. ive done both numerous times and still no joy

OK so i have overcome the copy inv from my magicbox hurdle (im used to third party veiwers not SL original and also my brain is a little frazzled lol) but yet the main problem for me now is that my merchant outbox does not recognise that i have a store and that i am a merchant.... so what now? --||-

so i have read a hell of a lot of posts, both from lindens and the normal public. This direct delivery is such a farce, i have had my store on marketplace for about 2 years, i have followed the instructions as per Lindens.. i dont even have the option to copy my goods from the contents of my magic box to even get into my inventory for a start, i even uploaded the current original SL viewer.So i copied everything single handedly into a file in my inv and now the merchant outnbox doesnt register i have a store, i have followed people directions, log off properly, log back in, wait, be patient, tp else where, tp back, on ground in sky... nothing works HELP!!!!
