I have never had a problem in sl before so how do I get paypal this card has always worked

Ok I have been in sl for 6 yrs never a problem and now I cant buy Lindens so went in took my card off and tryed to put back in and still nothing and I have money in that card checked everything HELP

I keep trying to buy Lindens and I cant get any have try both ways at the top of my sl page and in here and nothingI keep getting a message that says there was a problem charging your payment method
