    how did you get in? Any tips? Should we log out and log in? Keep eye on Dashboard and refresh 1 milx a day? (LOL sorry, it feels like it?)

    I surely thank all of you for the links you added above I shall view\read them. I as a Premium Second Life member I never see links like this in my emails. If they are sent they elude my box certainly. I have however received a warning for a moderator so I decline to replay any further. Except - If I was harsh in my comments that is just how I see things. Please if anyone was overtly offended please if you can I ask you to forgive me.

    As said in my profile I am a collector and I shall continue to collect the wonderful most interesting content Second Life Builders make. I love the parcel I am reanting. I NEVER even knew about the new Premium houses. Never was I aware how they worked. Advanced member feeling rather noobish now, which I suspect is good for me.

    God Bless you all and may Linden Labs Second Life prosper in it's endeavors. As said above this is my LAST reply.

    in addition to what has been replied I hope that Linden Labs will break down the "Houseboat" and "Traditional" to:

    LH - Traditional - Winchester
    LH - Traditional - Alderley
    LH - Traditional - Continental

    LH - Houseboat - Windlass 16 X 64
    LH - Houseboat - Wallower 32 X 32
    LH - Houseboat - Evening Star 16 X 64

    As those are the builds I see in one of the districts. They should do this with pictures as they have done the older Linden Lab Homes.

    The "forner" in my job title is because I early retired - because I could financially. I am also a Cisco kid. Some of you that are in IT will enjoy that pun.

     

    *Sighs* this post is not about me. It is about what I originally posted about Linden Lab taking their ease about providing the NEW Linden Homes. I have seen it 100s of times and it makes me want to hurl...seriously.

    As to 'insulting your intelligence'...... well, I hardly think that is possible.

    The new homes have 315 prims - more than double the old. WOW.....

    This is a digital issue. PERIOD!

    So now I am seeing only older homes after abandoning my very small new home - with the 117 prims still. I was excited about the new 300+ prim increase too. But really - those of us waiting have to deal with the less prims? Is this not just a matter of you getting your servers to allow more empty Linden Land per database coding? Get off your lazy buts and do it? You have our premium payment!?

    I am a former  IT database, computer and gps coder and Team Manager. I never dealt kindly with lazy programmers on my team either. Are the Lindens REALLY doing all they can? My knowledge and experience say "no". I decided to make this forum topic because I saw this on You Tube:

    Oh my, how Second Life is being bragged about to the You Tube masses. If they only knew your negligence? You should be ashamed of yourselves!

    The Second Life inworld World Map screen shot below was taken right outside the home I abandoned a few days ago. I could probably use a clone code in Minecraft and make 100 villages quicker than your database programmers can get that green sim empty land filled with new Premium Homes? Really now stop BS'ing your Premium members and insulting our intelligence? Get it done already?

    P.S. I spend nearly 120.00$ a month on Linden Lab L$. Those of us like me may get a little less generous having to wait for your most celebrated Premium Perks.

    Well I do not recall seeing a green button for file a ticket in your last answer Caleb. I did however file a new bug (did the best I could at that link) Whirky directed me elsewhere after I submitted it:

    The account syncing on beta grid is still broken.
    Linden Lab support can now fix this though, so instead of filing a new JIRA issue each time you change password, you need to file a support ticket at https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ and request for your inventory/password to be synced over to Aditi.

    So I am at that link he showed me and there is NO PLACE to ask nor request inventory/password to be synced over to Aditi.

    SINCE this is a reoccuring issue should you not have a special place easier so that this "pass it to another"/ pass them to another page" BS stops?

    btw I was told a few months ago to file a Jira report so where are we now on all this??

    Really this is getting to be a pass it to another issue. Leaving us the residents not knowing what issue to tag it as, or who is to fix it.

    Whirly you are going to have to tell me at that link WHAT fields to fill in?? And where can I request(which box that has a fill in) for my inventory/password to be synced over to Aditi?

    I see that on my last report is says unresolved. Do I file a "new" one?

    And why can they not fix it? This should greatly affect the spending I do as I am investing in full perm items on the marketplace. I think creators of full perm items may be affected by this eventually. What a hassels to have to file a report every time? Linden Labs should truly be embarrassed about this. None intelligent enough to fix or update the server code?

    Seems I can login to Aditi with old pass AND into Agni with new.

    I changed my password over 48 hrs ago.

    So what should I do still wait? Or change my password again?

    This appears worse than unstable....

    So strange Aditi takes old password (still) after so long? Is not logging me in with new password.

    I am at present logged into Firestorm (Agni) with new passowrd and into Aditi (SL Viewer) with old.

    I actually did not listen to the link till after. OH MY Bad!!??

    My mistake was listening to more of what the friend said about inventory being done away with. (they are saying now that was not what they said...lol...tape recorder next time? ha....)

    OK....On the 1st link I posted above at the start of this thread at about 18:40 and there after I heard what Ebbe said. So that is what he said!!!

    ....In effect that Second Life as we know it will be around for years and years to come besides the 12 years already....with improvements??

    He is agreeing with the rumor going about SL insinuating that Linden Labs will have to take our inventory away. I have heard this from other friends and feel sorry for their simple mind that would ever swallow such a rumor.

    As a member of http://www.imvu.com/ since 2007 I have seen their changes and applaud them on the recent ones they have made. One of them being cutting out 3rd party credit resellers. I in fact voted for this. My IMVU inventory is inact and they even gave me as a creator 15k credits recently. I still pull real US currency from my account there and do not have to lift a finger nor take any of the incentives they have to offer. I have made my initial investment in buying credits to be able to create there. I also have made a investment in time, five years to be exact. It's nice to see that even neglecting to do proper ads for my items do not stop peoploe from buying my creations. :matte-motes-sunglasses-2:

    I understand that the programming language might be different in the future for changes coming to Second Life? If so HOW would this ever change inventory on servers that belong to respectful SL residents? What I would like to settle is the FACT that Linden Labs would never be so stupid in their business brain as to take the inventory away from it's present community? I am weary of the rumors and simple minded people that want to believe the worst and pass on what they know nothing of, just to be negative.

    Second Life is an investment for me. I have RL $$ investments as well that are quite lucritive. I have no fear that my SL Market Place will soon be the same. With hard work and a mind to create I will see to it.

    I look forward to some feedback on this.

    Greedy Game Wouod not let Player Sit at Table After one Game.

    I was really frusterated last night. I was hosting a Greedy Game play with a few of my friends. After the first round we tried to access the table again. Three of our four players could sit but my sweet friend could not. She had the lowest score in the last game. I had only wild cards on. We tried to figure things out to no avail. Is there something in game play that would kick a player off the table? It was so horrible. Wasted a buncha time we could have been going on playing more rounds. If anyone can offer real insight please share? I am still relativly new to the game. We had the score keeper up and I was looking forward to getting more names on the ledger. Thankfully one of the other friends had their Cards Against Humanity game.
