My 1/2 sim parcel in SLeezywood with 7265 prims and 31744m is available to rent for L$9000/week. It's running on the latest hardware.
Renter would have full control over the parcel (terrain, media and access settings).

If anyone wanted to prepay for 3 months in advance, I would happily offer a good discount on the sim's rental cost.
You would be assigned as an Estate Manager for the sim, be able to re-rent and would have full control over the sim as if you were the owner.

Hi there,
My sim Abacus is now available to rent for L$19500/week. Abacus is 65536m with 15000 and running on the latest hardware.
Renter would have full control over the sim, so able to set the terrain textures, terraform up/down by 100m and control who has access.

Hi there,
If you are looking for more prims or more space, I now have my prviate sim Abacus available to rent for L$66,000/month (can accept two payments a month if thats easier).
I believe this sim is on the latest 801 class server according to gridsurvey.com
