If anyone wanted to prepay for 3 months in advance, I would happily offer a good discount on the sim's rental cost. You would be assigned as an Estate Manager for the sim, be able to re-rent and would have full control over the sim as if you were the owner. Contact me if you would like to discuss ;-) Jamie.
