YES! I'm sorry I just now saw this and I agree! I was unable to re-sell any of this stuff simply because I did not want anyone to have to fuss with it and me having to explain to them that once they bought it it's theres and they cannot resell it. It should not be allowed to be used by creators, but out of the thousands of gachas i've been dealing with selling etc this is the only one i've found that's doing this and it really does stink. I mean 10k it's not peanuts and I do pay for all my other expenses in SL like everyone else does including Tier, my sims, all my accounts and so fourth so it just stinks that someone can do this and mearly get away with it. And Now that i've mentioned this issue on this format I will also express that I don't know if it's a coinsidence or what but someone is reporting all my ads and pretty much black clouding my whole store and sims and seriously I really hope this isn't someones way of being angry with me for mentioning this thread! But I've been a long time player and well they can try and kick me down that's fine but at the end of the day I'll recover! So Pfft on them! MoiraKathleen I agree completely...I don't think she should be out anything for having multiple body sizes in her boxes this is why I offered to return all boxes if she would just send me the Maitreya body types Only. But I guess Lesson Learned I won't be playing Gacha's or cough Follow Up Machines from anyone I'm not familiar with. As far as me being out a ton of Lindens at the end of the day..well ya I'm pretty much out 10K but not the creators fault this should have been brought up to her a long time ago..she really is a Sweet woman and I bid her no backlash what so ever! I do want to also mention she did Message me today to let me know she did find empty boxes in her follow up machines so I really do think it's some sort of error...Her Clothes are amazing and Heck I don't want to scrap them I'll just hand them out to the New Residents as I see them come across my sim! and Blaise I can make copies..I told her she needs to uncheck that and Make the items all NO COPY NO MOD but Transferable and if she is worried about different sizes and such she can sub catg. her Prizes or just use different machines per Size that's what they do at Arcade so when people play they are playing for the body size they use. Hope that makes sense...this isn't complicated at all..should be super easy....but for some odd reason I guess The SL gods decided I needed a challenge today.

I did I sent her all of the photos offered to do everything in front of her. Told her this is my main account I'm not about to go around trying to cheat anyone. I told her she was also more than welcome to come to my sim..see my store see how other creators mark the items in their boxes and everything i said was going whooosh over her head. I guess she came here to look for answers and was told I'm the one that doesn't know how to mark a box for sale...Umm..Hmm..LOL

I tried that...the For Sale button is blacked out period. Will not let me click that box. I"m sure it's cause the contents again are no Transfer. I did suggest to the creator since I can give them all away once I could give her all the boxes back and than she can just send me a No Mod/No copy/Transferable of the items I won and I could just rebox them..trying to make it as simple as possible and she said NO cause than I could Re-sell each size individually and I told her I don't do that she can come into my store but said if that's a concern she can just send me the Maitreya version since That's the body I have and I mainly just carry those in my store since I'm playing for myself in the first place. But she said no I would be pretty much still screwing things up in some way...so I'm lost.....Is there a better suggestion out there?

i just opened one box to see if I can repack the box in one of mine. Than I tried to rez a box of mine to just toss a whole an opened box in my box to see and nothing...It doesn't give me the option to set either for sale. I tried explaining to the creator that I cannot set anything for sale that's no transfer but was told that's untrue. I mean I used to sell Sunglasses and eyeglasses in world and I know how to set my permissions hence this was back in 2005..LOL I'm an old as dirt player.

Hi Blaise I tried that...the Creator said out of the 10 years of her doing this with her creations she's never had an issue with anyone selling their extras...she said to sell it on the marketplace which I don't know call me dumb but can someone explain to me how I can sell it on the marketplace but not inworld in a physical store? Can you sell things on the marketplace that are no transfer in the contents? Last I knew..you could not. Hmm...

Also if that's the case, I guess There really is no point to these machines, That makes it not worth seeking out a Rare item or such...blows all the fun out of them. This is a tragedy! LOL no really it saddens me that out of the Hundreds of FOLLOW UP MACHINES is that better Sam that I've played "1" creator decides they don't want to put their items at no transfer and doesn't mention this in their ad...and 10k Later..I'm out the 10k they are rich with my 10k and I get to scrap all this stuff...hmmm.....Hmm..Something seems off here.

okay I guess I wasn't clear enough...I play the gacha's even with the new machines...Creators always list their items in their machines as NO COPY/NO MOD but transferable...That's the reason we all play Gacha's at times to hunt for the rares....Anyhow...THIS IS THE FIRST TIME EVER A CREATOR PUT NO TRANSFER but is claiming I can sell it still but I cannot. It let's me give the item away to someone..but that person cannot do anything with it other than keep it. I market my Gachas as a low cost for Game players to dress/Furnish/etc Cheaply in SL. If something is no Transfer than there is really no reason to pour a bunch of money into the machine to just scrap the duplicates...does that make sense? And what I would like to know, Is there a specific guidelines as far as what creators are supposed to follow when it comes to placing their items in Gacha machines? That's what I would like to know! Hi I'm a well..okay I need help..I'm addicted to Gacha's which have prompted me to open up my own Gacha re-sell store...I do fairly well..I by far am not getting rich off it but pretty much what I make I flip it and play other gacha's..anyhow..here's the issue...This is the first I went to an event other than Arcade and well let's just say I'm not a happy Gacha Addict. I dropped nearly 10K in these gacha machines and when I took out what I wanted and was going to place the dups in my store..for a mearly 99L for commons and Rares I do 499L or Less..Far below Marketplace value..anyhow I'm not making much but well..Ughz I can't place her items for sale because the creator marked her items as No transfer. No..I thought all gacha's should be marked No copy/No Mod/Transferable. Can someone clarify this for me please? Because if I would have known this and if this was marked in her ads I would have never played those machines...Plus the other Creators at that event I don't have issues with their items because they labled them all NO COPY/NO MOD/TRANSFERABLE! LOL but anyhow..PLEASE HELP ME!!
