I'm actually a creator. I just started today working on the site Market, and I noticed two users who have bought freebies from me and it failed. The payment status said "not payed" which I do not understand since it was a freebie. I'm mostly asking so I know what to do in my part (if its something I did wrong). I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but I did un-list the freebies (since I saw the not payed status). So can that also be the issue? If anyone can answer I will truly appreciate it.
