I tried all that its still not working set it up to 100%

I tried all my tv's and I can hear other sounds on secondlife.. Like meeros and Music.. etc... But I can watch the tv's but theres no sound to any of them! Please Help

Need help download the new pheonix mesh viewer one. And when I go into preferences it shows warning your Hardware Skinning setting in graphics is disabled?? Why does it say that and I don't see that option . Is it cause my computer don't handle mesh? Please help
