  1. Awesome! I'm trying to use the Base material texture, since it's being used in the PBR Material as a layer anyway. Hopefully this eliminates having to go in to remove it later? PS, thanks so much for the replies!
  2. I've been quickly applying regular non-PBR textures to my mesh before changing it to "PBR Metallic Roughness" and using PBR Materials so people using old viewers can still see a textured product. Now I'm wondering if I am adding any image/rendering 'weight' to it by doing this. Just thought it would be nicer than them seeing blank white or wood, lol, but don't want to start a bad habit if it's not a good one.
  3. Looks great! I even logged in with a non-pbr viewer just to see the difference for fun! It loaded fast and I had no issues with textures while camming around or anything, well done.
  4. Ok, thank you so much! I think I'm on the right track, going to start applying them to things and see if anything "Poofs!"
  5. I've read to go to SIMs using Bluesteele or leTigre ... but .. like, do I seriously have to TP sim to sim checking "About Second Life" to see if I'm on a proper region? Just a weee bit lost. I have made some PBR textures and would like to see if I'm on the right track. Thanks!
