If you seek relaxing we have a jazz lounge, a social hangout, eateries, a cigar lounge with adult entertainment, we even have our own version of Little Cuba to relax and enjoy the scenery. Our main focus is your experience being our pleasure.

2 More Skyboxes available! One is peacefully furnished. We called it "The Rainforest Retreat". Please come check it out for yourselves only L$200 a week for 200 prims. The other one is "Soho" style, not furnished and goes for L$400 a week for 400 prims.
Other than that we are full.
Once you arrive at the Reception area you may explore Coco Town by using our Teleporter or use our Rental kiosk to TP directly to our availabilities.

We have 2 available rentals at the moment. Our houses get rented really fast so if you are looking for a home feel free to visit us. One of them is a family house, and the other is a small house we set up as a "skybox" with a very warm cozy feeling. We called it Pine Hollow. The skybox goes for L$1 per prim and it's set to 200 prims. The family house which forms part of the adult community goes for L$2 per prim and it's set to 400 prims.
Take a taxi to our Lobby. Upon arrival you can either choose to explore the sim or use our rental kiosk to find the available rentals.

We have big news we have now added to the northeast corner of Coco Reserve a new pool area called Coco Oasis situated in deeply landscaped surroundings featuring a pool, a couple of private coves, and two different styled cabanas, for you and that special companion.
Also, next to the pool area you will find a new five story penthouse, for those interested in penthouse style accommodations. Come swim, sun, relax or indulge all your pleasures.
