TYSM! I just stumbled across this answer doing a google search and was on my way back here to post that I figured it out, but I appreciate you taking the time to read it and answer my question. :-)

Not an ordinary privacy screen ... I rented a house that was in a neighborhood, each house had a little front yard and fence around it with a gate that led to the sidewalk and street ... while in your own house or yard or parcel or whatever you want to say, you were completely invisible to anybody next door, or on the street or sidewalk, nobody could see your avatar or your name even unless they were on your parcel too. So, in essence you never saw your neighbors even if they were standing 10 meters away as long as they were on their parcel and you were on yours, to me it would simply look like a completely empty house even when camming in close, and I would not see another soul around me until we were both in the "community" area which was the sidewalk and street outside of our own parcel. Does anybody know where I can find this to purchase? I am in the process of buying some land myself to put up a few rental houses, and I'd like it to all be landscaped and aesthetically appealing to look at the entire parcel but I want to sub-divide each section the individual houses are on so they have their on privacy. Yupp! You read that right .. I know most ppl try to avoid having neighbors in SL but me? I prefer to as another means of just socializing like in RL. My partner and I don't have SLex so I don't worry about anybody peaking in on us, but it would be great if I was able to find something like an apt building with a community resident meeting/hangout area. My hubby is a very social person in both lifes and he prefers to be in our club when we're logged on for the socialization but if we lived some place where other ppl lived and popped in and hung out also he might be more willing to go home before 8pm SLT! lmfao .. and if not? Well, I might find other ppl who are sick of living the majority of their SL in clubs and who have other interests (and again, not in a sexual way) but, playing games, or trivia or chatting, etc. So, my question is .... any suggestions on a place to rent? **oh yeah, let me also say that being able to control my own radio station in my home is a MUST!! (I don't care if I can't stream my own music, but I don't also care for the same music taste as some ppl) Thanks in advance for any help! -Svetlana

We are established club owners who are wishing to build additional business relationships and are currently seeking designers and/or store owners who are willing to sponsor an on-going weekly event in our club by providing gift cards, gift certificates, or a designated outfit, object, or skin of your choice each week. We actually own 2 clubs, our original club (BuLLet HoLes RocK Club) has been open since August 2012 , we have approximately 600 VIPS, are open Monday - Saturday 4pm - 10pm, and average about 5-6K traffic a day, we play "modern rock" 90's Alternative - thru Today. Our 2nd club is just now getting off the ground (On The ROCKs Music Club), we play a different set genre each day (Pop, Classic Rock, Country, 80's, Metal, and slow and easy Romanic Rock Ballads) to entice all music lovers to join us. We've only been open for a week, but are steadily growing. \o/ We'd love to get some "themed" sponsors who specialize in a certain type of clothing or footwear so our events can be on the same topic of that to entice people to your stores (ie: beach/swimwear, costume, formal, biker, hip-hop, western, etc.) Of course, if you are a designer who creates many different styles and wish to take part, we'd certainly love to have you on board too! So, in a perfect world we'd like to have a Host and DJ mgr for each day, but I'm realistic, and between me, Cris, and my sister Bane who will be helping us (we all being DJ's) can handle the DJ stuff if need be. We do NOT expect ya'll to be "married" to the club on your "day" .. but, when you're logged in we'd like you to at least make an appearance at the club and to always be available in IMs and able to respond back fairly quickly or find someone who can take care of it. Thanks for that suggestion. I do use bookmark links too when I want to go back and investigate that store more and don't have the time to right then, but unless you know the name of the item, creator, etc you're still having to scroll thru a bunch of pages to find what you want .. on the marketplace favorites there's a small icon picture of the item and the name with a small description of it as well with about 12-15 listings on each page so finding what you want is easy ... until you have almost 40 pages to scroll thru and it doesn't file them chronologically .. so something I saved a few minutes ago could be intermixed with stuff I had save last summer or at xmas time, etc .. I go thru phases of what I'm searching for and would like them to remain saved in the order it was.

Is there a limit on the number of pages or times you can have in your marketplace favorites? It used to be when I'd had something to my favorites, it would be at the end, so most recent ... last page, oldest... first page. Kinda makes since to me. But, for the last month or more, after i hit page 38 of favorites, it just tosses them in willy-nilly anywhere they want to. At first I thought it had deleted my earliest entries to make room for later ones, but I found all of them, they're just all mixed up. So now i have to scroll thru pages and pages until i find what i want even tho I know it was only added a few days (or entries) ago. So, my question is .. WHY!!!! Why now all of a sudden? Or is there a way of sorting, organzing them? Thanks in advance for any help! -Svet
