can i delete old tickets out of my ticket history in my account? can i delete attachments to old tickets?

oops that was the question. i was in a sand box. i think i clicked on one of the thing in my file to look at it. i was automatically signed off. I signed into SL again. When my avatar appears in the same sandbox, a tag comes up saying I can't get in. Help me please. I can't get back onto SL at all RE: Cinn's answer -- I found Preferences - General tab. But I don't see Click on the Show on login under the Start location. When I go to the General tab, I see Mark posts as read . When I read them Automatically, after auto-mark period expires Automatically, when I log off Use default (When I read them) ....Auto-mark period (Days) . ....Sort topics by time of most recent post .
