Gender-bending is fun! No matter what gender or combinations thereof you fancy. Everybody loves us chicks with d... diverse extra parts.

You haven't spent much time on Zindra, have you?
Of course there's that special kind of group act ivities But that's not really large scale. I haven't found anything beyond 4some animations yet, and you can only get so many people into a sim.

Many cultures outside of English speaking ones, I have noticed, don't care about how they treat other players
Oh so very thinly veiled. Luckily, that kind of colonialist thinking is something younger generations got rid of along with that precious moral compass thingy. Perhaps they threw out the good with the bad there, I don't know. But I'm certainly glad they threw this part out.

I really don't want to mock anybody, I mean, I'm a second language English speaker myself and know that it's not always easy. But exactly because I'm a 2nd language speaker, I just have to ask: What is barley music
Seriously, no mocking. There's always the slight chance that it's a genuine music genre. Like hops rock or wheat metal.

If there is a male in real life playing a female in second life, what actions by this female avatar could be considered abuse?
Starting troll threads like this one? I honestly can't think of anything else.
Seriously though (without having read any other response in this thread, I simply don't have the time today), I've found that the vast majority of SLesbians who worry about gender-bending men -- if not all of them -- are homophobic RL men themselves. Please remember to leave all homophobia and hypocrisy at the door when you enter SL, thank you.
