Scars add character. I would much rather see a scar and the story behind it (like you are role playing) or adding mystery to an avatar.

I paid the premium to contact live support chat and resolve this issue, but the answer I got was that they cannot help me with this and that I should find out more here on the forum. They themselves don't understand the policy they create!

Why would the tell you to ask in forums?!?  Nothing said here is an official answer, unless answered by a linden.

I do not do curvy in SL. The old Lara is great for me. But I have seen an influx of ultra unrealistic curvy avatars.  What get a lil giggle out of me is them tiny lil feets with a huge booty and chest.

The only person that can help you is the person who's profile you were looking at. If you're certain they copied it, ask them why. Better yet, completely ignore them and go about your day.

Maybe a little validation to the issue and some sympathy.  They obviously are upset and to make fun or be sarcastic is not helping at all.
