Bret Foxglove

Well I noticed that as I went to update my profile, I can now only use pics from my PC and not the ones in my inventory. However when I try to save a pic to my PC, its a .tga setup, which isnt accepted in the selection for uploading a pic for my profile. Anyone care to help me out on this?
