Cyradis Serendipity

So I'm back on sl after a couple years playing rl. I got on the marketplace and attempted to purchase a couple scripts not available inworld, but for some reason I can't purchase anything with my L$ balance. The only options available are to add payment methods. The Buy Now button is also disabled. Did they do away with buying using L$ on the marketplace or am I missing something?
