Neveah Inaka

Items from my inventory seem to be randomly attaching to my avatar. They seem to be attaching by the hundreds... I've done character tests, this only resulted in me being able to change my outfit without crashing. It still happens when I log on and sometimes just when I'm standing or in the middle of something. Any way to solve this issue for good? I am currently using the Singularity viewer, I've tried to use Viewer 2, Firestorm, etc... No luck, except with Singularity and it still isn't working at its full capacity. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
