hey, it's a good idea to check your order history and see if the items were delivered. if not you won't be charged and you can get in touch with the vendors to know what happened. if the items were delivered it depends on you viewer. on Firestorm (v2 and v3) the deliver is made by notices on the bottom right and they turn into little grey cubes on the bar, and you have to accept them. be careful if you have the habit of just go deleting notices. you have to know that SL caps notices after 25 notices, and that includes deliveries, so a good thing is always be online and wait for the delivery. after you accept the deliveries they show on your "recent" items, so it's easier to find them. if you deleted them by mistake or if they were capped, you can always count on the good will of the vendors, many nice people just send another item to you free of cost. i hope it helped. good luck.
