Unfortunately, the problem first occured when I was using Phoenix, and I tried downloading Viewer 2.2 to see if that would help. I'll try 1.23, though. I'll let you know if it works.

I'm trying to log in my account. Every time, a window pops up asking me to agree to the TOS, but the TOS do not appear, and the checkbox and button to agree to it are greyed out. The only thing I can click on is 'cancel' and of course it tells me I can't go any further without agreeing to the TOS. What can I do to get past this?
