I received the following error:SecondLife cannot be accessible from this computer. what does it mean, and how do I get back on?

I had a group for my store and I had a few members in the group. After updating my viewer I noticed the group was gone. I did a search in groups and can't find it. The members of the group also noted it is gone in their list. I can't recreate it, but I need it back since I am reopening the store soon. Thanks, RondaMarie Avedon Avedon Designs
