  1. As long as they do it at some point, I'm happy. I want my wings. I really want my wings.
  2. Nevermind, then. According to one of my contacts, it's in the works. I'd delete the thread but I'd rather leave the information here (and let it stand as a complaint regarding indirect answers).
  3. I asked this in the Answers tab but so far only got non-answers. http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Avatar/Are-there-plans-to-modify-the-avatar-skeleton/qaq-p/962667 My question was simple if anyone bothered to read it and I'm rather frustrated that it wasn't answered. I want to know if ADDING to or SUBTRACTING from the skeleton will be possible. In other words, will more legs, more arms or, the first thing anyone should think of, wings, be possible? Will I be able to have an avatar based on the mythological centaur?
  4. The first half of the question is simple...will flexible and otherwise physically realistic Mesh be possible? If so, are there plans to incorporate any new physics-related options? As for attachment, I am referring to the ability to create something akin to a joint. This would be especially useful when trying to attach things to the end of something flexible such as a tail or hair. Imagine a Stegosaurus avatar with a flexible tail and spikes jutting out of the end or hair with stuff tied to the end...or a leaf on a string. That sort of thing. Wind chimes would work nicely, too.
  5. If not, why? I for one (and I probably stand for many people when I say this) would like to see the ability to possess multiple sets of arms, wings, and/or multiple sets of legs (centaur) without the requirement of poorly-made, non-animated prims or heavy scripting. My recommendation is to allow users to upload custom skeletal points to attach to the rest of the avatar, such as attaching a lower body to the pelvis, and to modify the existing skeleton (such as to create digitigrade legs)
