Never mind I fixed it I had to resync my magic box....then after that i had to refresh...then relist the same item over again.. i cant upload any more items to marketplace with my viewer after i did all the instructions ihave phoenix 1.5.2.1185 and i did what i was suppoed to do and the ME and MARKET PLACE button is not there.... i even relogged!! im getting mad PLUS......When will phoenix be compatable for the merchant out box i cant use SL viewer or firestorm......so can i use the old magix boxes if i can ONLY use phoenix??

When i log in....i keep getting the "blue screen of death...how to fix that...?? i clear my cache and it seem to be "fixed"...but it happens alot. its quite frustrating HERE IS A SCREEN SHOT

my inventory wont load and my folders will not expand to see my inventory I cant see my LM's...nothing.... even anythig recent ihave cleared my cache all 13 of them and ihave relogged.... I was messing with my custom setttings in the filter type (where the clothing, notecards etc. selection is) now its not expanding my inventory....what to do?

i heard that you can call up and find out if you have been reported....a friend did that and found out my partner reported my friend.....i didn't know what to believe....so maybe is there a way a person can find out if u were reported? or can u find out that you were reported for what so u don't do that offense again?

yes i agree with what the others said....in exception to cleaning ur cache first.... (you can do that in preferences CONTOL+P)........then go to your net work folder clear your cache in there (that shows you where you are storing your cache in your computer~ which you will need to manually go clear~or you cad cheat and see the file path it takes u when u open it up and click your Sl name...clear that-CLICK APPLY)...clear your inventory cache and your normal cache while you are still in your network folder....then clear your browser cache...(in your web folder)...then clear bothof the browser caches (after that CLICK APPLY)...then do control+alt+D to go to your advanced menu....clear your group cache....then log out.....then you log back in you will see that it will take forver to get your Sl screen bck for log in but its ok....its clearing your caches...relax...get a cup of coffee and by the time u get back you can try to log back in..... When your get back on you will need to check your inventory.....it will reset down to 1000 out of what ever u have...be patient as it reloads....you reload it by pressing "A"...let it cycle through...then "E"....then let that cycle through...then "I" then let that cycle through......the "O" then let that cycle through...and "U" let it cycle through..then press "ZZZ" let that cycle through....also then other words ifu dot see all of it...i know its annoying...but sit back...get a cup of coffee...check your email...goon facebook...as it cycles...iknow its annoying (and ihave over 145,000 in my inventory to go through~i feel your pain~LOL) Try loggin into a different Region...here is a list Smith Exeuxoa Anzere Violet Helfell Lime Aqua Squall Itress IF you can get back on change your group tag to (none)....some times strange characters like "<" and ">" gets messed up thus making your loggin in a big issue Some times turning off your moden helps (i mean unplug it...not for 30 seconds...for 3-5 minutes) AND restart your computer (not restart..but FULL SHUT DOWN...for at least 3-5 minutes) see some times your processor has information stuck in it still and it take a little while for it to all go to "0"...or completely clear. If you are STILL having issues conduduct a Speed test.... http://www.speedtest.com this will tell you if your internet is compatable with what SL requires. Keep trying to login to a different Region. if you cant log in. Some regions do a restart and you cannot go until its finished with its restart...even regions need to clear their cache....LOL please contact me in world if you need help...it will be my pleasure to help you in world Lishajoya Haven p.s. try that first...then if it still doesnt work u will need to reinstall a new viewer

try phoenix viewer....its better (my opinion) and you wil lsee things on th elowest graphic settings that u normally wont with secndlife viewers... HUGS Lishajoya Haven

control at R is rebake.... also u need to go to your advance menu...contro+alt+d to get advanced menu when that pulls up look for debug settings (at the bottom or close)... then after that u wwant to selected Render unloaded avatar...toggle it true if its FALSE...and its already true...toggleit false then back to true if that still doesnt work....relog i hope this helps!! p.s. if u still dont see yourself....clear all ur caches HUGS- Lishajoya Haven

is the DNS screen showing up before u can even log in?? If so, check your firewall...make sure you are allowing secondlife though all of your fire walls (and yes you may have more than 1)...then restart your moden (by turning it off for 5 mins)...i mean UNPLUG it...when u leave it in the moden still has electricy pumping though it and the information is still there and doesnt full go back to "zero"...so unplus the power ONLY. then after that turn off your computer for 10 mins then turn computer back on wait until you are full back on....all you r programs to load.... then replug back in your modem...this is the time to get a drink of water, eat, get some coffeee,and so forth...then re log backon Sl after your internet has fully initilized....this should fix it.... if not---- recheck if u missed a firewall... if you stillhave problems.....uninstall your viewer....and install a new one....and make sure your firewall allows you to see it...or it will block the login....and you will get the DNS error again... Each item you sell onthe marketplae has a Rating.... that means...if you sell skin....have the model full naked....but have it listed in the rate G pr PG category....then it will get pulled....becuase that is not the requirements of that particualar rating.... You might want to look at your title and description too... if you have the words like "sexy" or" **bleep**" or **bleep**" in the title/listing when its in a rated G or PG category...it will get pulled. Something else to consider....you may have a competitor reporting you as "innappropriate"...and I would in either case submit a ticket to LL about your listing and how to recitfy your situation....also it helps to READ the TOS before listing any/each product! I know that sucks..... Remember each item has a rating...and each item needs to abide by the rules for each rating... If u need help IM me inworld...Iwill be glad to help you! Lisha

what also helps is uninstalling that viewer and installing a new one.....and clear ALL of your web browers's cache....then install.... if you stillhave issues....you have a bug.... http://www.phoenixviewer.com/downloads.php forphoenix...then there is a bug fix too there...make sure u have downloaded for your type of processor...window/mac/linux.... have anice day! OH IHATE THIS TOO...lol ok if you are in phoenix....you have to go back and log in on the old viewer2 and log in to that...then acccept the TOS agreement.....then rez inworld....then log out come back to the viewer....you wanted to use ORIGINALLY....then log in like normal.... IF you are still having issues.... try a different viewer like firestorm to accept the TOS agreement.....then log into the other viewer u wanted to use originally... Looks like someone doesnt like u sweetie....sorry to say.... Ya i own land and i had banned a few people...u can ban for what ever reason. What i suggest is that you send a POLITE notecard asking him to allow you back on the land... BTW that is a sucky reason for banning you in my opinion....his feelings were hurt probably tha you deleted his land fromy our picks..but you have to explain that you need the room for other things in your picks....
