Chell Westland

I have been on s/l for almost 5 years now and have never had an issue before. I get error code 0xc0000005. I spent 70.00 for them to tell me my computer is fine, It is a s/l issue. One of the reasons is I have no issues on anything else on my computer just s/l. Can you please advise me? I have read some other issues you reported with that error code and told that to the Geek Squak tech, but he assured me it is not me. Help please Chell Westland
