QUICK UPDATE! Willing to sub divide sim to suit needs. If a 30K FULL SIM is not what you are looking for....

This is a quick update and if you wanted to pay weekly or monthly, if you wanted to pay weekly it is 16K, and $64K a monthly.
The rental box has been setup for weekly payments on one corner of the sim.

Just a quick update. This sim is still available. If you're looking to pay monthly it will be L$69,000 a month.
The sim will become available on May 11th.
There will be a rental box on the SIM for your convenience.
As a reminder you will have full estate manager access and can use the sim any way you want, there are no restrictions as it is a stand alone sim.
