I am starting a marketplace store and load the items I am selling into the merchant outbox, send them to the marketplace, get a notice saying they were successfully sent, but nothing shows up in my manage listings...how do I fix this problem?

When I try to use unicode characters in my display name, I receive a message saying it contains invalid characters. Yet on my other account, I was able to change it without any trouble? What do I have to do to allow these characters?
