Turns iut she was using beta. Went back to 2.4 and she is fine now. Thanks for your help.

I have a friend who can not view other peoples profiles in V2 but see them fine on Pheonix. She has cleared cache a few times and has uninstalled and reinstalled V2. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.
