I was receiving IMs by my e-mail (Outlook) until recently (end of October). At that time, I changed my ISP and got a new e-mail address - i updated my SL account right away to reflect this new address and ever since, nothing. What gives? I'm missing out on information i need.

I have a phantom prim on one of my builds - not on land. What caused it, and how do i get rid of it? A sim restart does not correct the problem. Note , its on a build, not on the land. Its actually on the floor of a tower of a castle.
