Hi we recently had a bad griefer attack crashing our sim repeatedly for an hour, As estate managers of the region "chained desires" we sought help with the concierge number as we have in the past. This time the representative said they would not help as they needed some password or security question answered. When the estate manager pointed out that she had been helped with this issue 2 months earlier she was told that things had changed about a month ago. The Sim owner is unaware of any changes she has asked me to look into this, We have a sim that has 60K in traffic and we can not affort to be down, Is there somthing the sim owner needs to give us so we can contact and get help from concierge desk?
