Thankyou PEEWEE so much. since changing from general to mature, all my sounds came back...such a simple thing, and I have been without sound for months now. I appreciate your help greatly.

Hi, I have lost all background sounds since downloading the new viewer. I have checked my preferences and have sounds enabled as I do also streaming enabled...anything else I need to do. I am missing out on the atmosphere without background sounds
