no I don't have a premium account.  Funny thing is I was thinking about getting one but then this happened.

I have been having the same issue for 2 weeks now.  I am not banned either so they say.  I have tried unplugging the router and nothing happens, I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software and that isn't working either.  2 weeks and my ticket has not been looked at either...still says new.  hope this gets fixed soon.
