i paid 11,000 linden for a dance heart it took my money but said it was out of stock ive filed a ticket with darkmoon creations but haven't gotten a reply from them. This transaction was placed on November 4th its been a month and no answer. That calculates out to around $40.00 u.s. dollars. How do i get my pose ball or my money back. thank you Alisondra Akros

ive done everything i can think of clean reload, cleared cache etc. im running phoenix 1.6.1.1691 any help would be appreciated.
