Merebella Madrigal

There is a plot of abandoned land adjacent to my piece of land. It shows it was abandoned by a group on Jan 11, 2011 and is owned by Governor Linden. But there there is no way to purchase when bringing up the land info. Is there some way to ask Linden Labs to sell this plot of land??? Any advice would be helpful.. :) Merebella
